Thank you! I missed the fix somehow even after trying to look all over for a solution.

When giving the item at the end of the quest after the dialogue says "Quest Complete" it then tries to retrigger the same event/cutscene and the MC gets locked into trying to walk the same path which soft locks the game;

I played during a different version and this didn't happen so I'm unsure if it's something that got bugged in a recent update or if it's something I've done to cause it.
